36 weeks and 4 days along

I hosted Benjamin's birthday party yesterday. We had some friends from daycare and one of my friend's son's attend. It was held at the local YMCA. All the kids had a great time. They had tons of energy.

36 + 4 days

I have some fluid retention and need to take it easy.

I'm rapidly gaining weight-fluid weight!

Baby should be here in 15 days!!!!!!!!

I am 36 weeks and 4 days along today.

4.5 more weeks to go...

 Been a bit stressed lately but my blood pressure has been great and I'm trying my hardest to keep my Diabetes under control. I've been back at the gym walking on the treadmill. I'm trying to get the blood flowing. I've had a lot of pressure on my bladder from the baby. She is head down and ready!
I've been having my non stress tests twice a week. Had a 3rd one this week because baby wasn't moving as much as I thought she should be.

Today I bought a stroller and car seat combo-idiots at Walmart didn't even offer to help me to the car so I shoved the box in myself. It was awkward more than anything and I know all of you reading this are shaking your pointer fingers at me :P I'm stubborn and impulsive, what can I say? And a little too independent at times.

Benny is doing amazing in swimming. I am going to continue his lessons throughout the summer. I want him to be as water safe as possible! He loves showing off, dunking his entire head under the water-not like me at all.

My induction is booked for July 11th-morning :) Let's hope this baby stays in until then. I don't need any mishaps like Benny's wonderful day.

Baby Baby

So, I saw my OB/Gyn and he said the placenta isn't blocking anything but the way he is inducing me can take up to 24 hours to work and if it doesn't I will end up with a section.
I'm hoping for the best. Baby will be induced between 38 and 39 weeks so July 6-13. Because I am diabetic I have to be induced for there is a higher risk of a still birth-i didn't know this. I'm happy I see doctors and nurses every week.

33 weeks and counting

I have started my leave from work. It's very strange not having to go to work every morning. Although I am still keeping quite busy. After not going to the gym for 10 weeks, I've started up again. I'm not going too hard at it but I am going! Doctor said I could so I am. I'd like to get into shape in case I have to do some hard labor! Plus I want an easier time losing weight post baby.
I had an ultrasound yesterday and the baby's heart rate was 146 bpm, it's usually around 150. I think she was sleeping. My placenta is anterior which means it's in front of the baby. I didn't get any pictures from yesterday's ultrasound because the baby was facing the wrong way and is getting too big for clear photos. Apparently baby is 5lbs. 2oz, so will be bigger than big bro Benny! and hopefully not as early as he was.
I could end up with an 8 pounder! ahhh
